В Грузии продолжает меняться структура заработных плат. В июне 2026 года количество официально работающих граждан, получающих ежемесячную зарплату, достигло 1,02 млн человек. Это на 1,2% больше, чем месяцем ранее, и на 2,8% выше показателя за аналогичный период прошлого года, говорится в отчете консалтинговой компании PMCG.

Главное изменение — рост числа работников с более высокими доходами. Зарплату от 2400 лари в месяц получают уже 37,4% официально занятых, что на 4,6 процентного пункта больше, чем год назад. При этом доля работников с доходом до 600 лари снизилась до 10,8%. Еще 34% сотрудников находятся в диапазоне зарплат от 1200 до 2400 лари, а более 9600 лари получают около 3,3% работников.

При этом рынок вакансий развивается неравномерно. В июне работодатели разместили 7801 предложение о работе — почти столько же, сколько годом ранее. Больше всего рос спрос в логистике, транспорте и дистрибуции, тогда как IT-сектор оказался в числе главных аутсайдеров: количество вакансий в этой сфере за год сократилось на 21,8%. Средняя зарплата в Грузии в первом квартале 2026 года составила 2364 лари, увеличившись за год на 8,9%.
