Black Sea Petroleum (BSP) received a second batch of Libyan crude oil for the refinery in Kulevi. On September 25, the Frankopan tanker delivered about 90 thousand tons of raw materials to the Black Sea terminal.

The company announced that the next, third batch of Libyan oil is expected in late October. Thus, deliveries to the plant continue using non-Russian origin raw materials.

The first batch of Libyan oil arrived in Georgia on August 30 on the Kriti Legend tanker. Deliveries are carried out under a BSP agreement with an international trading company, valid until the end of 2027.
