Georgian mobile operators summarized the results of the first quarter of 2026. The number of active SIM cards also increased — over the year, the subscriber base grew by more than 229 thousand and reached 5.88 million.
Magti remains the largest operator in the country. Silknet is in second place, and Selfie Mobile is in third place. All operators also improved their ARPU — average monthly revenue per subscriber.
Mobile internet consumption is growing particularly fast. As of March, almost 4.3 million subscribers used mobile internet monthly, and the average traffic volume increased to 18.8 GB per person per month — this is 3.9 GB more than a year ago. Selfie Mobile showed the most significant ARPU growth: the average spending of one customer increased by more than 1 GEL over the year.
