The National Statistics Office of Georgia and the company "Geostat" presented data on car registrations for the third quarter of 2025. Mercedes-Benz remains the leader - 227,635 cars of this brand are registered in the country. Toyota comes in second with 213,978 units, and Ford takes the third position with 187,576 cars.
Soviet-era VAZ cars also remain in the top five - a total of 152,778 cars, among which the most popular model is the VAZ 21063 ("Zhiguli") with 22,910 registered cars. Opel completes the top with 146,676 units.
According to current data, the total number of registered cars in Georgia has exceeded 2 million. On average, about 16,800 new cars are registered in the country every month, which confirms the stable growth of the automotive market.
