People's Bank (Xalk Bank) has maintained its leadership in the Uzbekistan bank card market, issuing 10.3 million cards. This was reported by the Central Bank of the country, which published the top 10 largest issuers. Agrobank ranks second with 6.6 million cards, and Ipoteka Bank is third with 5.2 million.
The mid-tier of the largest issuers includes the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity (NBU) with 4.3 million cards and the digital bank TBC with 4.2 million. Hamkorbank, Anorbank, and Ipak yo'li Bank issue 3.5 million cards each, while Uzum Bank with 3 million and SQB (Uzpromstroybank) with 2.9 million cards complete the top ten.
The ranking confirms the stable dominance of the People's Bank in the market and demonstrates the gradual strengthening of the positions of other large banks in the card product segment.
