The first images of the future Trump Tower Tbilisi skyscraper, planned for construction in the center of Tbilisi, have appeared. According to Newsweek, the total investment in the project's development is estimated at approximately $2 billion, and the complex itself will be part of The Trump Organization's large-scale expansion.

The visualization shows a 70-story tower approximately 259 meters high. A large golden "Trump" sign is placed at the top of the building, becoming one of the most prominent elements of the project. Upon completion, the skyscraper is expected to become the tallest building in the city.

The project is being implemented in partnership with Georgian companies Archi and Biograpi Living. It involves the creation of a multifunctional complex, including premium residential residences, retail spaces, and hotel infrastructure. The Trump Organization states that the new facility will meet the company's highest standards and become an important part of its international portfolio.
