Leading UAE Developer May Appear on the Georgian Market

Georgia Attracts Investors from the UAE

The Georgian government held negotiations with the leading UAE development company DAMAC Properties in Abu Dhabi. This is reported by Caliber.Az with reference to local media.

During the meeting, promising areas of investment in Georgia were discussed, and the Minister of Economy, Mariam Kvrivishvili, expressed confidence that the negotiations would lead to new projects that would contribute to strengthening the country's economy.

Previously, Georgia had already attracted one of the largest Arab developers: in 2025, an investment agreement was signed with Emaar Properties/Eagle Hills. Cooperation with DAMAC Properties could be the next step in the development of the construction sector and attracting international investment to the country.
