Georgia to assume host country status at ITB Shanghai-2026

The country will host Asia's largest exhibition

In May 2026, Georgia will become the official host country of the international tourism exhibition ITB Shanghai, also known as ITB China. The event will take place from May 26 to 28 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center and will bring together leading representatives of the tourism and hospitality industry in the region.

ITB Shanghai is one of the largest exhibitions in Asia in the field of tourism and hospitality. The first exhibition was held in 2017, and since then it has been held annually. ITB China is a regional continuation of the international tourism fair ITB, the largest in the world, which takes place once a year in Berlin.

Georgia's participation as the host country will allow it to demonstrate the country's potential on a global platform and attract new investments and partnerships.
