Toyota, Ford, and BMW Dominate Used Car Market in 2026

Over 35 Thousand Cars per Quarter and Steady Demand for Proven Models

According to the National Statistics Office Geostat, over 35 thousand cars were initially registered in Georgia in the first quarter of 2026. The market continues to grow actively, with the main volume coming from cars aged between 2013 and 2023.

Toyota, Ford, and BMW lead among brands. In the Toyota segment, Camry, RAV4, and its hybrid version, which has confidently become one of the most sought-after crossovers, are particularly popular. Ford maintains its position thanks to Fusion and Transit, which are in demand in both personal and commercial segments. BMW traditionally dominates the premium segment with the X5 and 3 Series.

The market shows a steady demand for practical and time-tested models. Buyers are increasingly choosing cars with an optimal balance of price, reliability, and equipment, while hybrid versions are gradually establishing themselves as mass solutions.
