Georgia recorded an increase in foreign trade with Russia: in January–April 2026, trade turnover increased by more than 12% and reached approximately $965.7 million.

Georgia's exports to Russia amounted to about $200 million, while imports of Russian goods and resources totaled about $766 million. Thus, Russia took second place among the country's largest trade partners.

Turkey remains the leader in foreign trade with an indicator of over $1 billion, and China is in third place with a volume of about $933 million. The data reflect the strengthening of trade activity in the region at the beginning of 2026.
