Energo-Pro Georgia holding's consolidated revenue for 2025 amounted to 1.12 billion GEL, which is 17.2 million GEL, or 1.6%, higher than the previous year's figure. The main source of income remains the supply of electricity to more than 1.3 million consumers, but the company also significantly increased revenues from additional services.

Revenues from electricity sales in 2025 amounted to 1.036 billion GEL, slightly down compared to 2024. At the same time, revenue from services increased from 64.4 million to 84.5 million GEL, and other income increased to 55.5 million GEL against 43.5 million a year earlier. The holding's net profit reached 269.7 million GEL, adding about 4 million GEL.

Energo-Pro Georgia's assets grew to 2.47 billion GEL by the end of 2025, and equity reached 2.12 billion GEL. During the year, the company allocated 310 million GEL for the acquisition of fixed assets and investment projects. The holding includes enterprises engaged in the distribution, supply, and generation of electricity. The group's main asset is Energo-Pro Georgia, which manages the distribution network almost throughout the country, with the exception of Tbilisi.
