A 70-story skyscraper, Trump Tower Tbilisi, is planned for construction in Tbilisi. The launch of the project was announced by Eric Trump, confirming the participation of the Trump Organization in the development of the new residential complex in the Georgian capital. The building is expected to become the tallest in the country.

The project will be implemented jointly with the American company Sapir Organization and a number of Georgian developers, including Archi Group, Biograpi Living, and Blox Group. The architectural concept is being developed by the international firm Gensler, known for major urban planning projects around the world.

Trump Tower will become the central part of a multifunctional complex that will combine residential residences, commercial space, restaurants, cafes, and shops. According to the project participants, it is intended to set a new standard for premium real estate in the region and strengthen Tbilisi's positioning as the investment center of the Caucasus.
