From Tbilisi to Copenhagen without transfers: Direct flights will open Georgia to tourists from Northern Europe

And simplify transit through the Scandinavian hub

This summer, travelers will be able to fly from Tbilisi to Copenhagen on direct flights by Norwegian Air Sweden. Flights will begin on June 27 and will be operated twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and from mid-August – on Wednesdays and Sundays. The new route promises to simplify access to the Danish capital and attract tourists to Georgia.

The country's Ministry of Economy notes that the launch of flights will increase connectivity with Northern Europe and help develop tourism. Direct flights will make the country more accessible to Scandinavian travelers, and will also be convenient for those who use Copenhagen as a transit hub.

It is expected that the flow of European tourists this summer will increase significantly, which will create additional opportunities for the hotel and service sector of Georgia and strengthen international ties in the tourism industry.
