The highest zipline in Georgia has started operating. The new extreme attraction is open on the Enguri Hydropower Plant dam and is already welcoming its first visitors.

The track's height above the ground is 320 meters, its length reaches 600 meters, and during the descent, speeds can reach 70 km/h. Thanks to its location above the dam, participants get panoramic views of one of the largest hydraulic structures in the region.

According to Nikoloz Antidze, director of Enguri Attraction, the idea of creating a zipline arose after the Enguri HPP became increasingly popular among tourists. The new facility should make the region even more attractive for active recreation enthusiasts and extreme entertainment lovers.

It is expected that the launch of the attraction will help increase tourist flow and become another landmark of western Georgia, complementing tours of the Enguri Hydropower Plant.
