In Batumi, at the GREMO 2026 forum dedicated to real estate and development, the "smart city" concept for the Ambassadory Island project was presented. The event was attended by international experts, investors, and business representatives at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel and was organized in partnership with Real Estate Prospect and BMG.
Mustafa Ay, a senior specialist at ARUP, spoke about modern approaches to urban development, which include data utilization, sustainable planning, and a focus on residents' comfort. Special emphasis was placed on integrating technology into the urban environment and creating solutions that consider Batumi's unique identity and its tourism potential.
The Ambassadory Island project involves the construction of two artificial peninsulas and one island in the Black Sea, adhering to sustainable development principles. According to the developers, it is intended to become a new center for business and tourism activity in the region and set a new standard for coastal infrastructure development in Georgia.
