Wizz Air announced that the cost of already purchased tickets will not change even if operating costs increase in the future. This was stated by the company's CEO, József Váradi, in a video message, emphasizing the stability of the pricing policy for passengers.
According to him, the carrier is fully supplied with fuel and does not face supply disruptions. The company's network covers about 200 airports, and currently no flights have been canceled due to fuel shortages. Váradi noted that Wizz Air cooperates with several suppliers and has alternative logistics solutions to minimize risks.
Separately, the head of the company stated that the airline does not plan to cancel flights during the summer season and will continue to operate flights strictly on schedule. According to him, over the past 18 months, Wizz Air has shown a high level of reliability and intends to maintain operational stability even in conditions of external uncertainty.
Wizz Air serves Georgia. The carrier is based at Kutaisi International Airport (KUT) and operates direct flights to dozens of European and Middle Eastern destinations.
