APM Terminals Poti Managing Director Christian Riis Roeder and Commercial Director Iain Rawlinson met with a U.S. delegation that included Peter Andreoli from the State Department's Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs and Chargé d'Affaires Alan Purcell.
The port's current operations, strategic cargo routes, and expansion plans aimed at increasing capacity and strengthening Poti's role as a key logistics hub in the Black Sea region were discussed.
Special attention was paid to the Middle Corridor, its importance for trade between Asia and Europe, and international cooperation for safe and efficient trade.
