From Siberia to the Sea: Red Wings Launches Direct Flights from Novosibirsk to Batumi

The new route will operate throughout the summer and autumn on wide-body Tu-204 aircraft

Russian airline Red Wings plans to open direct flights on the Novosibirsk — Batumi route. According to the Tolmachevo Airport schedule, flights are planned from June 11 to October 1, 2026, and will operate twice a week — on Mondays and Thursdays.

Departure from Novosibirsk on Mondays is scheduled for 7:10, and on Thursdays for 5:10. Return flights from Batumi will depart at 22:00 and 20:00 local time respectively. Flight time will be about 4 hours 40 minutes. Tu-204 aircraft will be used on the route.

Ticket sales on the Red Wings website have not yet opened, but the airline has confirmed that they will start in the near future. At present, direct air service between Novosibirsk and Georgia is represented by flights to Tbilisi operated by Georgian Airways. The new route to Batumi will expand the choice of destinations for passengers from Siberia during the summer season.
